Sessantaquattro+ using External AP

I am having trouble connecting the Sessantaquattro+ device to an external Access Point. The access point is able to connect other devices, but for some reason, when I save the IP of the external AP, turn off the Sessantaquattro+, and then turn it back on so it can establish the connection, it never connects. I’ve tried setting my PC as the external AP, as well as an ESP32, and the Sessantaquattro+ never connects. However, when I use the Sessantaquattro+ as the AP, it connects to both devices, but I need the second device to connect to a third device so I can process the data from the Sessantaquattro+, and then send the processed data to the third device. Any advice?

As long as you see the properties of the external access point in the Network list (see picture attached) and the settings are correct, it should be straightforward. The only reccomandation is to check the type of security and SSID and password.
Few additional tips:

Do you see the sessantaquattro+ white led blinking just once when trying to connect?

Did you try to connect to a "regular network" with a standard access point?

If you can't fix the issue, we can make a call.

I wasn't able to make the full cnection, and I beieve it is because the networks that i am trying to use are all WPA-3 or WPA-3-Enterprise networks. Could we please have a phone call so we can try to fix this issue?
