The website www.otbioelettronica.it is intended for the online sale of products available within the OT Bioelettronica company. Through the website www.otbioelettronica.it it is possible to purchase directly electronically the products and services that are presented on it and the prices displayed may be subject to change at any time without notice; the purchase can be made through the website and through orders by telephone or e-mail, the latter orders will be subject to approval and the final prices and payment and delivery methods will be established with the customer.
The product information sheets (such as images and anything else visible on the site) are intended for information only and do not replace the manuals supplied with the products. All the information contained in the product information sheets are taken from the information material of OT Bioelettronica and the company will undertake to correct what is published if errors or omissions are found in the descriptions.
Refund and Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you got your order wrong, we will substitute the wrong parts of the order with the correct ones.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In case of payments with Paypal, the refunded amount will be net of transaction management fees (Paypal cost, which varies between 2.2% and 3.4% of the transaction + €0.35). Refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The shipment will be paid by OT Bioelettronica only if the item to be returned is faulty or damaged.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Via San Marino 21, 10134 Torino (TO), Italy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
