Freezing problem during measurement

I'm using Muovi+Pro and Syncstation+ for measuring motor units.
But recently the latest OTbiolab+(1.6.0.0) has frozen many times when I measure EMG using two Muovi and three AUX. Why did this trouble happen?
if I need update the firmware on those devices, Could you give me the latest files for updating those devices?

Hi, can you provide us the firmware version of probes and syncstation, these should be visible through web page. Thank you in advance.

Syncstation: 2.21

Muovi: 3.1.8

Those devices have never been updated since we purchased.

You can download the latest version of the firmware through this link https://we.tl/t-IWinC20BpP. You can do the update through the correspondent web pages. let me know if this fix the problem.
